Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and product integrity.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Images/videos may be required for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of laboratory materials, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Perishable or sensitive materials
• Custom, bulk, or special orders

4. Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and received, inspection will be conducted
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
